Snapchat Founder Turns Down $3 Billion Offer

snapch_D_20131105064455The founder of Snapchat turned down a $3 billion all-cash offer from Facebook to purchase the rapidly growing app that allows users to send each other pictures that are automatically deleted seconds after the recipient opens them. Evan Spiegel, the 23 yo founder, said he believes the app still has more room to grow which could allow the offer to increase exponentially. Forget trying to invent the next revolutionary gadget people, all you need to do to strike it rich is invent an app that is mainly used for sexting.
