World Series Game 3 Ends In Obstruction Call

Game 3 of the World Series was the first time the fall classic ended in an error since 1986. The Cardinals topped the Red Sox 5-4 on a controversial obstruction call when it was ruled that Boston third baseman Will Middlebrooks momentarily blocked Cardinals player Allen Craig from advancing to home plate following a throwing error by catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia.
