California Police Shoot Dog While Arresting Its Owner (Disturbing)

The internet is up in arms over a video posted to Youtube on June 30th that shows a Hawthorne, California police officer shooting a suspect’s dog as he was being arrested. After Leon Rosby was being arrested for allegedly obstructing officer while recording them during a separate incident his Rottweiler escaped from the car and was shot four times after an officer felt threatened by the animal. The police have yet to comment.
