Law enforcement officers were in the area investigating an incident in which a private drone collided with a firefighting aircraft, damaging it. The aircraft was helping the LAFD battle the wildfires that have so far claimed 24 lives and destroyed thousands of L.A. area homes.

A new plaintiff, only identified as Jane Doe, claims Combs raped her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student. She was working as a babysitter in a building where an unnamed woman who was dating diddy lived. Combs and two men offered her a ride home, which she claims she refused multiple times. She eventually accepted the ride, and was offered a drink to calm her down, but she says the drink made her feel groggy. She then alleges she was taken to another location, and raped by Combs.
