The New Yorker put together side-by-side footage of NYC from now and back in 1937. The video takes us through all the different sections of the city where most things haven’t changed in 80 years. Except for Times Square, which has changed a lot. There’s seemed to be a lot less costumed mascots accosting tourists back then.
