Deon Cole Went Full TBT on Conan, Showed Little Cole Big Afro
Tuesday night, comedian Deon Cole was a guest on Conan, and shared an old photo of little Deon.
Cole has been a part of Conan’s writing team, and guest correspondent for years so they’re tight, but Cole’s career is also taking a huge leap forward these days. He’s got his first hour stand up special coming to Comedy Central this month, he’s on ABC’s hit series Black-ish, TBS’s Angie Tribeca and has a part in Barbershop: The Next Cut.
Cole and Conan told some old stories, and Deon also talked about how he handled the situation when he confronted a comedian who stole a joke from him.
And what’s the first thing you want to do when your career is taking off? You want to show off embarrassing pictures of yourself from your childhood. Dunno what Cole is embarrassed about, that’s one hip little dude.
