A health advocacy group wants the city to hand out free crack pipes to help slow down HIV infections. The director of community health equity for the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health, said the city of San Francisco may examine the idea. It’s hard to imagine that a city that banned Happy Meal toys is going to get into the free crack pipe business.
