9 Year OId Suspended For A…Smarties Problem?

There is a serious epidemic going around right now among children– using candy. A 9 year old was suspended in Georgia for crushing up some to smarties snort them. Kids claim snorting the candy allows the sugar to hit faster and they like that feeling that they have to sneeze. These kids really hiked it up a notch from our days when kids just took pretzel sticks and pretended it was a cigar.
