In the city ravaged by gun violence stemming from drug related gang violence, a new report is claiming that nearly 80% of all illegal drugs come from Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. Guzman made it his goal to to make the city his “home port” and succeeded by taking over every aspect of the drug process.
