Hundreds of thousand of people are without power across the Northeast after the blizzard dumped over 3 feet of snow in some areas with winds hitting 75 mph. Connecticut was hardest hit with 400,000 homes without electricity. Rhode Island has 180,000 houses with no power which simply means “all of them”.
