64 Year Old Man Falls Down Steps, Tazed For Not Going To Hospital

Here’s another video for the collection of egregious and ridiculous tazing that seem to be happening more and more often. A 64 year old man accidentally fell down the steps outside his house, was treated by paramedics, then for some reasons the cops showed up and wanted to take him to the hospital. He refuses and tries to go to bed. Naturally their only recourse is to blast the man with electricity while telling him to stop resisting. It’s possible that deputy sheriff may have confused resistance with controllable convulsions.
