Police have arrested a 500 pound man that they accused of starting a fire in the boys clothing department in an Ohio Walmart while riding around the store on a motorized scooter. They think he started the fire to use as a diversion to cover up his shoplifting. He’s also accused of breaking the crime rules of having a decent getaway vehicle and not being the easiest suspect in the world to describe.
