2014 World Cup Noisemaker Being Tested For Annoyance

World Cup 2014 organizers don’t want a repeat of the 2010 vuvuzela disaster. They’re testing the new World Cup official noisemaker, the caxirola, a maraca-like shaker to see how annoying it is. Could anything be more annoying than trying to make an “official noisemaker?”
