You know the old “Trolley Problem”. It’s an exercise in ethics that asks this. You see a trolley barreling down the railway tracks towards five people tied to the tracks who will surely die. The good news, you can be a hero and pull a switch that will divert the trolley. The bad news- the only place to divert it, is onto another track where there is one person tied to that track who will surely die. What do you do?
They claim there is no ‘right answer’ for an ethics question. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a REALLY wrong answer.
