It’s been 10 years since the smoking ban in NYC and the Post has been helpful enough to a list of places you’re still able to legally light up. They’ve all gotten exemptions from the city if they’ve been in existence since 2001 and make 10% of their revenue from the sales of tobacco products. Bloomberg Group’s Arson department is definitely aware of these places and should be acting accordingly.
