12 Year Old Girl Makes It Rain At School

A 6th grade girl showed up at her school outside of Detroit with $20,000 worth of $100 bills in her backpack and started handing them out to friends. Police are now trying to figure out who the money belongs to and how she ended with more cash than everyone in Detroit combined.
