Ted Lasso Season 2 is Almost Here! Watch This Exclusive Clip
It’s no secret that Ted Lasso was our editors pick for the best comedy show in 2020 and a massive run of 20 Emmy nominations shows we’re not alone. The Apple TV sleeper hit received the most Emmy nominations EVER for a first season series, and the crew is returning for its second season beginning this Friday, July 23rd. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Lasso, Rebecca, and the rest of the team.
Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt, Jeremy Swift, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Phil Dunster and Nick Mohammed are all back, in in Season Two they welcome Sarah Niles playing a sports psychologist (Sarah Niles). Now that the team has bonded, there’s plenty of work ahead. Niles character will help the team overcome their unprecedented seven game tie-streak.
In this exclusive sneak preview clip Lasso spends some girl time with Rebecca, showing that not only can he be one of the girls, but he may understand girl talk even better than the ladies do. We also learn in the clip that Rebecca has finally met a guy (besides Ted) who will be nice to her.
