Zombieland 2 Rumored to Have Two Ghostbusters on Board
Website Geeks Worldwide claims to have some exclusive information on plans for Zombieland 2. The site says they have confirmed that Ghostbusters and Saturday Night Live original cast stars Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray are joining the cast of Zombieland 2: Double Tap.
Even if its just a cameo (or hopefully extended cameo) a Bill/Dan appearance would be an exciting film moment for legions of fans of the original Ghostbusters series, and SNL fans.
Murray had a great appearance in the original Zombieland as a human pretending to be a zombie to evade zombies, but he ultimately was killed and turned into an actual zombie by Jessie Eisenberg’s character after his character’s practical joke goes wrong.
The sequel starts shooting this month and reunites stars Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin and direct Ruben Fleischer . The film is expected to be released in October 2019.
