Twitter Suspended Popular Anonymous Account

YourAnonNews, a Twitter account used by members of Anonymous to relay messages pertinent to the hacktivist movement, was suspended earlier today. No reason was been given, but YourAnonNews received extra attention recently following a campaign targeting the Westboro Baptist Church. Recently Anonymous had hacked the Westoboro twitter accounts after the church stated they planned to picket memorials and funerals of the victims of the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut. With over 750,000 registered followers, YourAnonNews is among the most widely cited Twitter accounts affiliated with the international hactivism collective.
The account has since been reinstated.
