Thieves Break Into Seaworld, Steal Penguin

Three drunk Aussies broke into Seaworld, swam with the dolphins, and then stole a penguin. The leader of the gang, Oswold Cobblepot, apparently is trying to raise an army of penguins to live in the sewers. He later stated “You gotta admit I played this stinkin’ city like a harp from hell.”
