Review: Drunk History Goes Way Beyond Drinking Games

For over four seasons (already picked up for a fifth) Comedy Central has aired Drunk History, the brain child of Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner. And while the premise suggests the show exists alongside fratboy-comedy, Drunk History stands out as something different from anything else on TV. The simple premise, comics getting drunk and telling stories, has resulted in educational TV for adults. Entertaining, clever, and legitimately informative, the show goes a step beyond…reminding audiences that while history can seem boring in the classroom, history should be fun

Three Ghostbusters Share Screen For First Time in SNL Sketch

Melissa McCarthy hosted SNL last night giving us our first glimpse at the on screen chemistry of three of the four Ghostbusters. Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones shared the screen for the first time last night after spending last summer filming Paul Feig's 2016 reboot of Ghostbusters.

Star Wars Toy Commercial Gets a Much Needed Update

A lot has changed since the original Star Wars movie premiered in 1977. Merchandising, for example, has really changed. They still sell toys, but it's not just for kids anymore. SNL 40: Alums Recreate Favorite Characters with Celebrity Jeopardy, Wayne’s World, Bass-O-Matic and a Musical Medley

Last night during the Saturday Night Live 40 year celebration, a few famous former SNL castmembers reprised their old roles. Will Ferrell brought back his fan favorite Celebrity Jeopardy sketch with a lot more than 3 contestants. Darrell Hammond played the ever popular and always confused Sean Connery who loves categories like Whore ads (or Who Reads), Kate McKinnon channeled Justin Bieber, and Alec Baldwin as Alec Baldwin. They were soon joined by Burt Reynolds/Turd Ferguson (Norm McDonald), Christoph Waltz (Taran Killam), Matthew McConaughey (Jim Carrey) with a special video question by Bill Cosby (Kenan Thompson).

SNL 40: Live From New York, It’s Saturday Night…On A Sunday!

Saturday Night Live is celebrating its 40th season with gigantic special Sunday Night on NBC. It's a reunion of players, hosts and performers from the original season to current one and every one in between. So far, no one really knows what to expect when the special airs live on Sunday night. One of the anticipated moments is the return of Eddie Murphy to SNL after 31 years and he didn't know how it was all going to work.
