Seth McFarlane Getting Sued For Allegedly Ripping Off Ted

Seth’s getting sued by Bengal Mangle Productions, who say the idea for Ted was taken from their property, Acting School Academy, which came out in 2008. The project became a web series featuring a vulgar teddy bear named Charlie that lived with humans. The series got about 1.2 million hits during its run. There’s also an overweight alcoholic guy named Peter in Rhode Island who’s about to file suit.
