Schools In Italy May Start Teaching Kids About Wine
Italian kids from ages 6 – 13 may be in for a real treat with a new bill that has been passed by Senator Dario Stefano. The bill would get the kids to “to learn about wine in primary schools, with one hour a week dedicated to ‘wine culture and history.” The idea behind it is related to how culturally significant wine is to Italian culture. Only a matter of time until kids in Dublin start taking shifts at the Guinness factory as an after school program.
