The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security on Friday suspended the handgun-carry permit of a Camden, Tenn., man who made a YouTube threat that he would “start killing people” if the Obama administration acted to restrict guns.The agency said the decision to suspend the permit of James Yeager, 42, was based “on a material likelihood of risk of harm to the public,” a provision in the state’s handgun-carry permit law that allows for permit revocation.
