Oddities: This Story Needs a Better Headline

Looks like Bloomberg has found his poster for his new health Campaign! You’ve seen this in cartoons and movies, and everyone’s made a joke about it. But you didn’t think it could really happen, did you? But it does and the New York Post published a photo of it today.
