From 2003 to 2011, a Buffalo parking meter mechanic stole $210,000 in quarters while on the job totaling over 5 tons. James Bagarozzo says a gambling addiction caused him to break meter machines and hide the quarters in various places. People became suspicious of Bagarozzo after he was spotted playing the same game of Pacman for a week.
