The NFL has completed its investigation into allegations that Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston groped an Uber driver. Winston will be issued a three-game suspension by the NFL for violating its personal conduct policy, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Even worse than the suspension, he got a 1-star passenger rating.
