This Illinois man is convinced that he’s stumbled upon a massive conspiracy by the gas stations to steal people’s money. Maybe he just got a faulty pump. Or maybe there were black helicopters hovering over his head as he took this video. Either way it’s dangerous to use your cell phone around a gas pump.
