Instagram is reportedly testing a new feature that would hide you from seeing the amount of likes people get on their posts from the world. You will still be able to see your like number but won’t be able to see anyone else. This is a part of an attempt to make people less competitive and focused on likes. The only people this is good for is losers with no friends.
