Gabriel Iglesias Returns For A 3rd Season Of “Stand-Up Revolution”
Comedy Central is announcing the return of Fluffy! Gabriel Iglesias is back for Season 3 of “Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution”.
The new season premiering in October features Iglesias playing host to some of his favorite comics with brand new stand-up in 6 new episodes. Season 3 was shot at the Ontario Improv. The premiere episode features Kabir Singh and Lance Patrick performing. Other comedians joining Isglesias this season are Ian Bagg, Barry Brewer, Gina Brillon, Shaun Latham, Mike Merrill, G Reilly, Alfred Robles, Jerry Rocha, Steve Simeone and Mark Viera.
Also returning for another season is Fluffy’s show announcer and guest commentator, Martin Moreno, plus Grammy Award winning Ozomatli as the house band. Episode 1 of Season 3 includes Iglesias complaining about losing a member of the band who’s on his honeymoon. Kabir Singh enlightens everyone on arranged marriages. And watch for Lance Patrick with a new twist on an old magic trick. The evening ends with a brand new “Hey, It’s Fluffy” cartoon. This animated short tells the audience about the secret origins of Fluffy’s signature shorts.
Season 3 of “Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution” premieres Friday, October 3rd at 12 am et.
Every episode of Season 3 of “Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution” will be available on the Comedy Central app the day after it airs. The Stand-Up Revolution third season DVD will be released on Tuesday, November 11th from Comedy Central Home Entertainment.
Besides Stand-Up Revolution, you can also catch Gabriel Iglesias in the upcoming animated feature “The Book of Life”. He also has recurring role on the new ABC sitcom “Cristela” starring Cristela Alonzo. And Iglesias is starting production on the “Magic Mike” sequel, “Magic Mike XXL”.
