BuzzFeed writers and producers have been leaving the company and criticizing it on YouTube recently. These ex-employees seem fed up with BuzzFeed’s control over their career and the mandate that they can’t have any outside projects. Which is terrible news for the staffers who wanted to turn that Cat Quiz into a giant conglomerate.
