Stand-up comedian and actor Kevin Hart is back in public after his car accident that left him seriously injured and he’s got a brand new Netflix series to announce. This project is a six part documentary series called Don’t Fuck This Up that launches on December 27th.
Docuseries or reality show? We don’t know yet but released show descriptions promise unprecedented access to Hart’s life over the past year. You’ll see the obstacles he faces as a performer, as well as the problems he deals with as a businessperson, father and husband. You’ll see interviews with people who know him best, as well as archival footage, and all of this will touch not only on his successes, but also his controveries- marital problems- and what it was like to be asked to host the Oscars and then deal with the backlash that arose from searches of his Twitter history.
The series is produced by Hartbeat Productions, Lionsgate, Makemake, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Magical Elves.
