The Cracker Test Will Tell You About Your Carb Intake
Even though everybody thinks if you want to lose weight you need to cut carbs first. It turns out some people’s bodies thrive on carbs and the cracker test will tell you where you fall. All you have to do is eat a cracker and see how long it takes to go from bland to sweet tasting. If it happens in less than 15 seconds then congrats you’re allowed to have a whole bunch of carbs, 15-30 you’re moderate and shouldn’t go too crazy and if it takes longer than 30 then stop chewing and really cut back on those carbs. This is not to be confused with the other cracker test where you see how long it takes for you to start dancing to a Dave Mathews Band song.
