Bobcat Goldthwait is Coming Back to Guest on Award Winning Unmasked Series
Comedian, filmmaker, director, actor and writer Bobcat Goldthwait is coming to New York to sit down with Ron Bennington for a brand new episode of his critically acclaimed Unmasked series!
He is coming in to talk about his exciting new truTV series “Misfits & Monsters.” Most of you already know that Bobcat is a brilliant filmmaker, writer and director- because we write about how brilliant his films are all the time. In “Misfits & Monsters,” Bobcat takes his true indie film skills, and his wonderfully dark sense of humor and sense of the universe- and brings them to short-form television. Imagine having a new mini-Bobcat movie every week? It’s happening.
Bobcat is a four-time Sundance Award-winning writer and director, and his films- Call Me Lucky, God Bless America, World’s Greatest Dad, Sleeping Dogs Lie, Shakes the Clown (and the list goes on…), are some of our favorite dark comedy films. He’s been a guest on the Unmasked series a record three times- first in 2012 with Joel Murray when the movie “God Bless America” was about to come out, and then later with Barry Crimmins in 2015 to talk about the documentary film “Call Me Lucky” based on Barry Crimmins extraordinary life.
