Bloomberg Attempts to Get the Pothead Vote

Bloomberg has given his support to a bill introduced by New York Governor Cuomo to curb stop and frisk arrests in New York City. How? By decriminalizing small amounts of marijuana that are seen in public view. In New York, possession of small amounts of marijuana has already been decriminalized in private view, but once you take out your weed, you’re breaking the law. So when you’re frisked and you empty your pockets, you’re screwed. This will stop that from happening anymore. There were 50,000 arrests last year that involved small amounts of weed. Congratulations Bloomberg, you’ve blown the chubby young soda drinking man vote, but  may have gained some love from marijuana users.
