AP World History Is Dropping 9,000 Years Of The Curriculum

The College Board has announced that their AP World History high school course will now start at the year 1450. It used to cover 10.000 years of world history. Teachers have complained that they weren’t able to get through everything before the end ot the semester. Others are angry about this change, saying that it will become a too European centric course now. Soon enough the course will start around 1990 because who has time for pre-internet knowledge.
