“Killbar,” a Quentin Tarantino theme bar, has opened in Williamsburg and features a six foot Uma Thurman figure, art, and food inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s films. Also, every bar tender will be required to say “I’m Paul and that’s between y’all” during every argument between patrons.
