A Paralyzed Guy Was Able To Walk with an Exoskeleton Device

A guy with four palayzed limbs was able to walk in an exoskeleton suit after he had surgery to place two implants on the surface of the brain that reads brain activity and communicate with a computer controlling the device. The device is still in its very early stages and is only currently being used in the lab setting. Is anyone else concerned that this is how supervillains are sometimes born?
