Hellboy Meets a Make a Wish Kid

A make-a-wish kid had a tall order. He wanted to hang out with Hellboy. When Ron Perlman heard about it, he got into the make up one more time to hang with the kid and his family. Then the folks from Spectral Motion had their make up experts transform the kid into Hellboy too. Pretty sweet.
