In response to the killing of Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe, airlines have been taking major steps to stop their support of big-game hunters.
American Airlines, Delta, and United have all banned the shipment of animal parts on their flights, effective immediately. This ban includes remains of elephants, buffalos, leopards, rhinos, and lions. It’s weird that until this week, you couldn’t bring a water bottle on a plane, but you could bring a buffalo’s skull.
