WTF!? There’s Already A Trevor Noah Backlash
Comedy Central stunned the world by announcing their replacement for Jon Stewart was an unknown (in America) 31 year old South African. So what is the story the media is running with? Some jokes that Trevor has tweeted out in the past.
According to Time, the controversy came from people searching “Trevor Noah” and some tweets he send out years ago upset people. He’s being accused of anti-Semitic and misogynistic humor. Some of jokes that have started the backlash go back to 2009 with other being tweeted just last year.
