Who is Hosting Saturday Night Live Tonight: February 27, 2017
Saturday Night Live is still on break, making room for NBC’s olympic coverage, so there’s no new SNL tonight, and there’s not even a re-run airing. Tonight marks the second week that the Olympics will air in the time slot usually reserved for Saturday Night Live, so tonight nobody is hosting.
Instead of watching SNL tonight, you can tune into live Olympic skiing in Gold meal deciding event for the giant slalom and the freestyle competition continues with the slopestyle final. A third gold medal in giant slalom is on the line for the United States’ Ted Ligety.
Olympic coverage continues next week. Saturday Night Live will return live on March 3rd with Charles Barkley hosting.
If you need an SNL fix, NBC just released bunch of old clips including a winter olympic themed sketch from 2002. It stars Amy Poehler as an olympic skiier vying for a gold medal in the Salt Lake Olympics when she met by two Mormons (Dan Aykroyd and Will Ferrell) who try to convert her as she skis.
They’ve also posted some old political sketches which you can watch on Saturday Night Live’s YouTube page.
