Sheriff Chuck Wright of Spartanburg, South Carolina has suggested that the women in his county start carrying guns after the recent arrest of a rape suspect. The sheriff told women to forget mace and carry a gun that they could conceal in a fanny pack. Or for a larger weapon, their MC Hammer pants.
