Weird Al Releasing Box Set With Un-Released Beatles Parody

Big news from the very niche world of Top 40 comedy music. The great Weird Al Yankovic is releasing a brand new box set called “Squeeze Box” with 15 vinyl discs and a 100-page book of rare photos. The box set will actually be accordion-shaped, and will also include “Pac-Man“, a parody of The Beatles song “Taxman” that has never been released since he was threatened with a cease-and-desist order when it was played on The Dr. Demento Show.

The set includes all 14 studio albums from Weird Al, remastered of course, and the accordion that will hold the goods is an exact replica of Al’s own squeezebox. Medium Rarities- the 15th disc, features all previously unreleased tracks.

Fans who pre-order will also gain access to a private section of Weird Al’s website (via the “Access Pass”), with exclusive videos of how Squeeze Box was created and made, factoids of Al’s career, and special video greetings from the master himself.

Sorry if you were hoping this would come in a box of bologna, but accordion-shaped is pretty impressive.

Squeeze Box: The Complete Works of “Weird Al” Yankovic is available for pre-order NOW and will ship sometime in the fall!
