Tracy Morgans Lawyers Say Unclear If He’ll Perform Again

Tuesday, Tracy Morgan’s attorney Benedict Morelli told reporters at Page Six that ” The jury’s still out” on the question of whether Morgan will be able to perform again as a result from injuries sustained last June when a Walmart truck crashed into the vehicle Morgan was riding in.

“The doctors don’t know the answer. I don’t know the answer,” he said.  Morgan has been using a wheelchair and a walker to assist him in walking during his rehabilitation.  In addition to his physical injuries which have included broken ribs and a broken leg, his attorney also told People Magazine recently, that all of the people riding in the limo that night have suffered traumatic brain injuries.

Reporters for TMZ caught up with Tracy on his way into a New York City hospital and asked him how he was doing. He had no comment.
