This Fall, “Friends” and “The Big Bang Theory” reruns in syndication will have some competition from Tosh.0. The comedy video clip and comment show hosted by Daniel Tosh is going into syndication on FOX TV stations around the country.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, FOX Television Stations have picked up 120 episodes to start airing in late night in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Washington D.C., Houston, Charlotte, Minneapolis and other cities around the country.

Daniel Tosh considered this a victory for everyone saying, “This is a huge win for America. It is exciting to know that people who can’t afford cable or the internet will finally be able to laugh with us.”

“Tosh.0” always begins with a warning that the show is “intended for a mature audience”. Even airing late at night, it will be interesting to see how much of an original version of Tosh.0 gets through on local broadcast channels. These episodes may only be 3 minutes long apiece.
