Only seven episodes into its thirteen-episode order,  Full Frontal with Samantha Bee has been renewed by TBS through the rest of 2016, The Hollywood Reporter  has announced.

Full Frontal has hit the ground running since it’s February debut, pulling in an average of 3.7 million viewers each episode and accumulating 29+ million views across various clips on the show’s YouTube channel.

The show is hosted by Samantha Bee, formerly the longest serving correspondent on The Daily Show, and channels TDS and other political satire shows with its snarky-yet-poignant analysis of various current events. Bee has made a concerted effort to assemble a diverse staff of writers so that she may present a nuanced and thorough break down of particular issues that are affecting the people of the U.S. and abroad. Topics thus far have ranged from the plight of untested rape kits to backwards abortion regulations and interviews with Donald Trump supporters.

Bee’s show has received a warm welcome from comedy and satire fans, many who believe that a woman’s voice in late night was desperately needed. In a statement acknowledging the show’s renewal, Bee said “Stay crazy America, I’ll be here all year!”

Bee executive produces the show along with husband and former The Daily Show correspondent Jason Jones, Miles Kahn, Tony Hernandez, and Jo Miller. The show is on break at the moment, but will return next Monday at 10:30 pm on TBS.
