Comedian Andy Erikson From Small Town Minnesota to Last Comic Standing Final Five

If you've been watching Last Comic Standing, then you already know Andy Erikson. She's in the final five, she's incredibly funny, and she stands out in any crowd. After her invitational round set, Roseanne joked about having a weird voice, and in the semi-finals her awkward stage exit was chosen as the #1 most awkward stage exist in this season's competition. Andy is fine with being called weird, but it's the great kind of weird. Quirky, unique, adorable, joyful, a tiny bit cartoon character like, and fun are other words you might use to describe her. And she loves unicorns.

T.J. Miller Improvs for Paul Provenza’s “Set List”

T.J. Miller did a 100% improvised set for Paul Provenza's "Set List" show. It was taped on May 15th at the Hollywood Improv along with Harland Williams, Wil Anderson, Emo Phillips, Rick Overton, Eliza Skinner and Hal Sparks. It's almost impossible to tell that the set is improvised.

Heavy Hitters Pack Dr. Katz Live at Moontower as Maron, Pepitone, Phillips, Irrera and Barry Get on the Couch

Dr Katz Live at Moontower Comedy Festival was equally cool, bringing the therapy session segments - part improv game, part late night talk show appearance, part actual therapy - to Austin, minus the Squigglevision. It was also an easy way to catch a bunch of heavy hitters all on one show.

Moontower Preview: Jonathan Katz, Still Finding Comedy in Odd Places (Interview)

He has a substandard poodle, he owns the domain name patheticmen.com, his groupies are middle aged jewish couples who invite him over for soup, he likes to find comedy in odd places, and he is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of his show, Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist. The "he" in question, of course is stand up comedian Jonathan Katz.
