Review: Drunk History Goes Way Beyond Drinking Games

For over four seasons (already picked up for a fifth) Comedy Central has aired Drunk History, the brain child of Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner. And while the premise suggests the show exists alongside fratboy-comedy, Drunk History stands out as something different from anything else on TV. The simple premise, comics getting drunk and telling stories, has resulted in educational TV for adults. Entertaining, clever, and legitimately informative, the show goes a step beyond…reminding audiences that while history can seem boring in the classroom, history should be fun

Emmy Predictions with Cheadle, LeBlanc and Macy

Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series Nominees William H. Macy, Matt LeBlanc and Don Cheadle were all on the Late Late Show with James Corden last night, and James asked them who they think is actually going to win, maybe hoping to spark a nice fun viral video fight. Unfortuantely for Corden, they all agreed on who is going to win-- Jeffrey Tambor.

Don Cheadle pulls back the fourth edge of the red carpet for us and explains how the Oscars work on Latterman last night. Once you're asked to join The Acadamy, you can go to the Oscars even if you're nominated-- for $500. Cheadle told a story about a year he went to the Oscars with his wife and got stuck on the red carpet between Cher's entourage and Jack Nicholson's entourage-- each about 20 deep. Let's just say it wasn't even $200 dollars worth of fun for Don.
