Steve Wozniak Sh*ts All Over “The Cloud”

Steve Wozniak was speaking in Washington, where he had this to say about the new revolution in computing, the cloud:

“I really worry about everything going to the cloud. I think it’s going to be horrendous. I think there are going to be a lot of horrible problems in the next five years.”

We’ve already seen plenty of celebrities get their phones hacked and their photos/information stolen. Is this a practice that can keep up with its growth? Eventually computers might not even need hard drive since everything will be stored remotely. Wozniak also brought up other fears the cloud can bring:

“The more we transfer everything onto the web, onto the cloud, the less we’re going to have control over it. With the cloud, you don’t own anything. You already signed it away.”

Do you trust your information on the cloud, in some random server room half way across the country?
